Abstract

Objective  To summarize the establishment and management strategy of nursing team in the module hospital during COVID-19 epidemic, aiming to provide a reference to similar health emergencies in the future. Methods  Temporary nursing department and effective nursing team were established swiftly, with meshing of management of module, synchronizing of antiepidemic education and nosocomial infection management, optimizing of management of resource, standardizing of nursing quality, and humanizing of team management and integrating of nursing measures. Results  A total of 1,124 patients were admitted to the module hospital. There was no mortality and complaints of patients during hospitalization, and no infection cases of medical staff occurred. In addition, the satisfaction with nursing service reached 99.77%. Conclusions  The effective organization and management of the temporary nursing team in the module hospital result in accurate implementation of all kinds of nursing care and nursing quality assurance , so as to succeed in battle of COVID-19 pandemic.
